We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting providers, analytics companies, identity verification services, email service providers, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the services they provide to us.
Legal Requirements

Specifically: application data is retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements; account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years; communication records are retained for 5 years; and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
